Shop Happenings

Once a year, we have the opportunity to travel and participate at Stitches South.   During the show, we share project ideas, provide inspriration and catch up with our fan base that travel far and near.

Made by Monday - Week 21- May 21, 2013 - Nora Bobble Scarf by Cocoknits

… wool and cashmere in the winter to ward off the chill and linen or cotton in the summer to ward off air conditioning.
Nora is a more streamlined alternative to a lace shawl, simple, versatile and easy to knit on US 9 needles.

For our shop sample, we used 2 skeins of Shibui Linen - double stranded for the smaller petite size.

Materials

Any two very thin fingering weight yarns held together: 200 (400) yards each yarn such as Shibui Linen

Note: if yarn is too thick, use a single strand or go up in needle size.
