Yarn: 2 skeins Malabrigo Merino Worsted, one in Natural and one in Frank Ochre (worsted weight, 100% merino, 210 yards per skein)
Needles: US size 7/4.5mm 16” circular needle and set of matching dpns (or whatever is necessary for your preferred method of small- circumference knitting)
OR size of needle required to get gauge.
Other tools: Darning needle for weaving ends, stitch marker, pompom maker if desired
Gauge: 18 st and 16 rows to 4 inches in stockinette
