Catching butterflies is easy with these fingerless gloves. A delicate butterfly rests on the palm of each hand making it fun to flip your hands over to show off what you've caught! A tiny butterfly also decorates the other side.

One size: adult average.

Measurements: 3.25”/ 8 cm wide x 10.75”/ 27 cm long.

Yarns used: 4-ply or fingering weight yarn such as: MC: Rowan Pure Wool 4-ply, 50 g - 174 yds - 159 m, 100 % superwash wool, Sage 448, 1 ball. CC: lacey mohair such as:
Rowan Kidsilk haze 50 g - 229 yds - 210 m, 70% super kid mohair 30% silk, Color, Pearl 590, 1 ball.

A pair of US 1 (2.25 mm) straight needles for butterflies,
stitch markers, tapestry needle, cable needle, bits of brown thread or embroidery floss for butterfly body.

Tension/gauge: Work 28 sts and 36 rows to measure 4x4” in St stitch using needles necessary with MC. (US 3 or 3.25 mm.)
