Baby, you’re a star! This deceptively simple hat cycles rapidly through different textures, only to be topped off with a plump fivepointed star that incorporates the  decreases! 

Yarn: 1 skein Malabrigo Worsted in Lettuce (worsted weight, 100% merino, 210 yards)

Needles: US size 7 16” circular needles and set of DPNs (or your preferred needles for small circumferences) OR size to get gauge.

Other tools: Darning needle, stitch markers (one different to designate end of row)

Gauge: 20 st and 28 rows in 4 inches in stockinette. Stitch gauge is more important than row.
