(Gannet)

Gannets gather in large numbers on the cliffs in Shetland, circling around for the perfect spot to fold up their wings and dive arrow-like into the depths of the North Sea. The defined V shapes and deep blue colour of this shawl reminded me of these graceful Shetland residents.

Gauge
26 sts and 29 rows=4 inches in Stockinette Stitch on US 6/4.25mm needles.
Adjust needle size as necessary to obtain correct gauge.
