Vaila is a raglan sweater knit in one piece from the bottom up. The beautiful lace insert comes from a Shetland lace pattern called The Shetland Twins with only one of the twins being used in this sweater. The lace creates a well defined hexagonal pattern that stands out strongly against the purled background of the rest of the sweater. With extra long sleeves, deep ribbing and a big fold-over collar this sweater will keep you warm and cozy through the winter months.
